Ease of Mind Refund Policy

At Ease of Mind, we aim to provide compassionate, reliable wellness check-ins that deliver peace of mind for individuals and their families. We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to handling all requests in a fair and transparent manner, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you wish to modify the frequency or type of service, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will be happy to discuss alternative options or service adjustments.

2. Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel a prepaid package or service, please notify us as soon as possible. The following applies to cancellations:

  • One-off or Pay-As-You-Go Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in may be partially refunded at Ease of Mind’s discretion.

  • Prepaid Packages (Weekly, Monthly, Annual):

    • If you cancel before your first scheduled check-in, a full refund will be provided.

    • For cancellations after the start of the package, we will provide a prorated refund based on the remaining unused check-ins, less any applicable administrative fees.

3. Missed Check-Ins or Non-Response

If a client does not respond during a scheduled check-in and no emergency contact protocols are initiated, refunds will not be issued for that missed session. We will follow our escalation protocol to ensure the client’s safety.

4. Service Guarantee

At Ease of Mind, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. If you are unsatisfied with a service received, please contact us within 7 days of the check-in to discuss a potential partial refund or alternative solution.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please reach out to our team. We review such cases individually and may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.
